After much consideration, and in light of the devastation currently still going on in the Los Angeles area with multiple wildfires, we have decided that it is best to postpone the 22nd Annual Living Legends of Aviation Awards on January 17, 2025 to a later date this Spring.

His passion for aviation started at a young age. Growing up in modest economic conditions, Tom’s family moved frequently. But once he hung his P-51 Mustang poster in his bedroom, he felt at home. Not surprisingly he now owns a P-51 Mustang and other aircraft and is an accomplished aerobatic pilot. Top Gun is the highest grossing aviation movie of all time; it has inspired generations of young pilots and patriotism in all Americans. His flying machines and commitment to aviation define his passion for flight. Tom received the “Top Aviation Inspiration and Patriotism Award” and is a Living Legend of Aviation.
